A Calendly alternative that takes payment on the free plan
Haabtime books one-on-one meetings into the free time on your Google or Outlook calendar. Guests can pay up front through your own Stripe account, and Haabtime adds no fee.

A good fit
You meet people one at a time, such as clients or students. You want them to book time that is free on your calendar, and sometimes to pay before they do.
Not a fit yet
You schedule for a team, need round-robin, or rely on CRM integrations. Haabtime does not have these yet.

What Haabtime includes for free
- Take payment on the free plan. Guests pay by card through Stripe Checkout before their slot is confirmed, the money lands in your own Stripe account, and Haabtime adds no fee on top of Stripe's.
- Reminder emails go out the day before and the hour before, with a follow-up after the meeting, on every plan. You turn them on per event type.
Where Calendly does more today
Its paid plans add features Haabtime does not have yet, for example:
- Round-robin and team scheduling, on its Teams plan.
- PayPal as well as Stripe for payments, listed on its Standard plan.
- Integrations with HubSpot and Mailchimp on Standard, and sending meetings to Salesforce on Teams.

Pick Google or Outlook. Haabtime checks it for busy times and adds each booking to a Haabtime calendar in that account.

Set the length and your hours, and a price if you connect Stripe. Then send the link or put it on your site.

The free plan includes 1 event type and 1 calendar, with paid bookings. Upgrade from your dashboard when you need more.
